Moon Fest

Mid-Autumn Festival

The Mid-Autumn Festival, sometimes called the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, is the 2nd most important festival in China after Chinese New Year. The Moon Festival is an occasion for family reunions. When the full moon rises, families get together to watch the full moon, eat moon cakes, light paper lanterns, and sing moon poems.
